How do I get crystals faster??

I really enjoy this game! But there are a few things that frustrate me about it. When I click on the ad button, the pop up comes up and I click yes, then the number of minutes it will take away disappears and the button doesnt work. The materials mined take a long time to tap over and over again from the bottom part so I can store them. It would be convenient if I could just tap once per ore. The cats at the top are kinda confusing, it was hard to learn what i can and cant click. I still dont quite understand what locators and detectors do.

This is one of those types of games that you would download and think it wont be worth your time. Youll be wrong, trust me. I love to play this when I constantly disconnect from wi-fi and cellular services. Keeps me entertained at that.
